Terms & Conditions of Use
We are able to accept PayPal Payments, Direct Bank transfers or payment by Cheque – payable to Little Green Geek. Orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. We can also take payments by Debit or Credit card, either in person at a Nappuccino or via telephone (by arrangement, on 07813003604 – call or e-mail email@example.com, to arrange a mutually convenient time to pay via phone).
You can choose your mode of delivery at checkout. The majority of orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Couriers may be used for larger orders & bulkier items.
If you are local to Little Geek (SE13 5JE), please feel free to contact us to see if we are available for you to collect your order & save you the postage charges. We apologise but we are currently unable to ship products outside of the UK.
Out of Stock Items
If any of the items you have ordered are unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you via email with an approx delivery date, or suggested replacements. However, we make every effort to ensure this doesn’t happen. You have the right to cancel your order if the items you wanted are out of stock.
Refunds and Exchanges
We understand that you may wish to see an item to make sure you are 100% happy with it, therefore if you simply change your mind once your item has arrived we will accept returns or exchanges for a full refund, within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning items so we know that your order is being returned. Please obtain a “proof of postage certificate” free from your post office, for your own benefit. Please use a trackable postage service to ensure your item does not get lost on the way back to us.
If your original order qualified for free postage & the price of the returned item brings the value of your original order to below the free postage threshold, then a postage fee will be deducted from your refund. For example, if your original order was £104 and the returned item is worth £18, this makes the original order £86, so a £2.95 postage fee would then apply. This will be deducted from your refund. If you order is returned to to us due to incorrect address, not collected from post office or from being refused, the same postage fee will apply.
We are unable to refund any charges you incur in returning items to us for exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty. However if an item is to be exchanged we will not charge you any further postage costs for sending out the new item.
We can only refund or replace items that are returned unused and unwashed, in a resalable condition, in their original packaging (unless faulty) & if returned within 14 days of your order.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any items that have been washed, unless faulty. Faulty items may sometimes need to be returned to the manufacturer to be checked. This may need to occur prior to a refund being agreed.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of full payment being received.
